Information collected
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, company name, business email, optional phone number, selected plan, and information you include in your inquiry. Basic hosting and security logs may also be generated by our website provider.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to sales questions, assess service fit, prepare requested proposals, and communicate about onboarding. We do not request passwords or payment-card details through website forms. Paid plans are purchased on Stripe-hosted checkout pages, where card details are entered with Stripe and not collected by this website.
Form delivery and service providers
Website forms currently submit information through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to hello@movingtruckautomation.com. Payments are processed by Stripe. Website hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through these forms.
Sharing and retention
We share inquiry information only as needed with service providers that deliver and secure the website or communications, or where legally required. We retain inquiries as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, and legal obligations; a fixed retention period has not been established.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing hello@movingtruckautomation.com, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may decline optional contact details, but required form fields are necessary to respond.
Security and updates
We use reasonable operational safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. This policy may change as our systems and service providers change; the updated version will appear on this page.
