Three connected stages take a customer from an inquiry to a confirmed, paid booking, with you approving every estimate.

Connected chat responds instantly and collects addresses, dates, furniture and service needs, then organizes them for you.

Your pricing rules prepare the estimate. You review it first, then the customer can accept or decline.

Stripe collects the deposit, the booking is confirmed, and your crew receives job details and reminders.
Click through the complete customer journey. Every screen below is a conceptual preview with sample data, not a live customer interface.
Step 1 of 15 · Capture
A customer reaches out through a connected chat interface and asks about moving services.
Step 2 of 15 · Capture
The automation replies right away, welcomes the customer, and starts asking follow-up questions. Connected services must be operational.
Step 3 of 15 · Capture
Addresses, dates, furniture, stairs, heavy items and service needs are gathered conversationally and organized for the next workflow.
Step 4 of 15 · Estimate
Addresses are validated with Geoapify and the requested date is checked against your connected Google Calendar.
Step 5 of 15 · Estimate
The estimate engine applies your configured pricing rules to distance, bedrooms, stairs, heavy items, packing and crew size.
Step 6 of 15 · Estimate
You stay in control. The proposed estimate is sent to you to approve or decline before the customer sees it, and your decision is recorded.
Step 7 of 15 · Book and pay
The approved estimate goes to the customer. Their acceptance or decline is recorded and moves the booking forward or closes it.
Step 8 of 15 · Book and pay
After acceptance, a Stripe Checkout deposit session is generated. Payments go through your own authorized payment account.
Step 9 of 15 · Book and pay
Once Stripe confirms payment, the system records the amount paid and the remaining balance, and updates the booking to Booked.
Step 10 of 15 · Deliver
The crew receives the job details automatically: customer, date, start time, addresses and key requirements.
Automated notification. Not a full dispatch application.
Step 11 of 15 · Deliver
A scheduled workflow finds upcoming jobs, checks whether a reminder has already gone out, sends it, and records the status.
Reminder status recorded. No duplicate sends.
Step 12 of 15 · Close out
When the move is done, the job is marked Completed and any remaining balance is identified for the next step.
Step 13 of 15 · Close out
A separate Stripe Checkout session is generated for the outstanding balance. After payment, the record shows a zero balance and the payment date.
Step 14 of 15 · Close out
When the job is complete and payment conditions are met, a review request is sent once, and the system records that it was sent.
Sent only after completion and payment. Duplicate requests are prevented.
Step 15 of 15 · Close out
Each day the owner can receive an email summary of pending requests, bookings, payment statuses, upcoming jobs and items needing attention.
Conceptual product preview · sample data · features vary by plan and configuration.
Twenty connected capabilities across intake, booking, estimates, payments, crew coordination and reporting.
Features are subject to the selected plan, configuration and implementation scope. Not every feature is included in every plan.
Automation should support your decisions, not replace them. Here is what it is built to improve.

Reply to new inquiries right away, including outside office hours, when connected services are operational.
Stop re-typing the same customer details between apps.
Every request is collected in a consistent structure.
Reminders and review requests go out on schedule.
Configured pricing rules and owner approval keep quotes fast and under your control.
Estimate, acceptance, deposit and final payment stay linked to one job.
Crew notifications and reminders reduce manual back-and-forth.
A daily summary shows what needs your attention.
Your workflows keep each job’s status, estimate, deposit, balance, crew notification, reminder and review request in a structured Google Sheets record, so nothing depends on copying data between apps.
To be clear: this is an operational record system today, not a standalone CRM dashboard.
